Anyway, I was just watching this video on how different fighting styles have been recorded to produce metrics. The video shows what fighting style (Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Jiu Jitsu, etc) is the strongest, fastest and "bestest" according to measurements made by electronic sensors.

Some of the information was surprising (to me) and some were obvious.
